Universal Harness Tester

The tester allows the testing of arbitrary harnesses. 48 input and 48 output pins are provided. The tester has an Auto-Learn which will automatically pick up connections between wires. It will automatically pick up:

• One-to-One connections ( single wire between pins )
• One-to-Many connections ( single wire going to multiple pins )
• Many-to_one ( multiple wires going to one pin )
• Resistance

The tester is provided with a PC program. Changes and updates are made from time to time as required. The tester software is also upgradeable should the client have specific needs

• No power supply needed - run straight from the USB pc connection
• Can test 1-1, 1-many, many-1 connections
• Can test LEDs
• Can test resistance when properly configured
• Resistance margins can be set
• 2 x 48 pin breakout boards are supplied so tester can not be damage during harness insert and removal
• Very detailed setting for label printers
• Testing can be set-up per-user so that testing statistics can be checked
• 5 second learn cycle for 48 connections
• 5 second test cycle for 48 connections
• Auto label print after successful test
